I’ve had my Pair glasses for a while now, and at this point I kind of assume they can handle whatever random chaos I put them through. They’ve been tossed in my bag, fallen off my desk, and I even accidentally stepped on them once. Somehow, still no cracks, no loose pieces, nothing weird. The toppers still snap on just like they did when I first got them. I expected them to show some wear by now, so I’m impressed. I’d definitely buy them again.

I like the whole Pair idea. Cool. But the lenses were just average for me. Clear at first. Then smudgy really fast. They also felt a little cheap compared to my old glasses. They’re fine for everyday use. Not terrible. I just expected better quality for the price. 3 stars feels right...

I was happy with the selection, they have a lot of frame options and it was easy enough to find styles I liked. only downside was a couple colors I wanted were out of stock, which was kinda annoying. overall though, still a good experience

I was a little nervous the colors would show up looking different in person, since that happens so often when ordering online. But they ended up looking really close to the photos on the site, and the shade wasn’t weird or off at all.
The finish looked nice too, not overly shiny or cheap, which made a big difference. It’s such a small thing, but when something arrives looking exactly like you expected, it’s such a relief. I felt really happy with it.

I had an issue with my order, so I emailed customer service expecting it to be a whole thing. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making me go back and forth forever. The only annoying part was the shipping update, which could’ve been way clearer and probably caused most of the confusion in the first place. The support person was nice and helpful though, so overall it ended up being a good experience

I swear I blinked and the package was already at my door. Like, how?? Shipping was insanely fast and everything went smoothly, so I’ve got zero complaints. i was way more impressed than I expected to be...

They have some really good styles, honestly. A few pieces caught my eye right away, though not everything was really my thing... kind of just depends on your taste, I guess. But overall, nice selection

The glasses showed up packed really nicely, better than a few other pairs I’ve ordered before. The box was clean and simple without trying too hard to look fancy.

I liked that everything had its own little spot, so nothing was sliding around inside. The pouch and papers were easy to grab too, which I appreciated compared to some packaging where you have to dig around for everything.

I’m taking off one star because the outside box had a small dent when it arrived, but the glasses and everything inside were totally fine. Overall, still a good experience

I thought the toppers would be easy to switch out, but they keep getting stuck and it’s frustrating. I find myself avoiding using it because swapping them is such a hassle. Starting to feel like I should’ve picked something else.

My glasses arrived when they said they would, which I really appreciated. The tracking updated like it should, and the box showed up in good shape. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, the delivery was definitely more reliable and less stressful. I’m only giving 4 stars because it took a day before the order actually shipped out, but once it was on the way, everything went smoothly

The exchange part was simple enough, no big hassle there. But the return label came late, which was a bit annoying because I was waiting around for it. Overall it worked out, just the timing could have been better.

I’ve bought a few toppers from Pair Eyewear now, i’ve been happy with them overall. They snap on easily, stay in place, and don’t feel super cheap or flimsy, which I was kind of worried about at first. The colors also look nice in person and are close to what’s shown online. I’m giving 4 stars because I do feel like some toppers seem a little more delicate than others, or maybe I’m just being overly careful with them. Also, the price can add up really quickly once you start wanting more options, so I do catch myself wondering if I should’ve slowed down a bit. That said, I still really like being able to switch up my glasses without buying a whole new pair, and I haven’t had any major problems so far

I didn’t expect the virtual try-on to be that close, but it really was. The frames looked almost exactly the way they showed up on my face online, and when they arrived, the size and shape matched really well. You know how ordering glasses online can feel a little risky, but this made it way less stressful. Super happy with how it turned out.

I assumed the insurance claim would be a pain because that’s usually how these things go, but it ended up being easy. I wasn’t sure how the reimbursement worked, so I reached out to support and they got back to me fast. They helped me get the paperwork I needed, and my insurance paid me back without any major hassle.

I really wanted these toppers to work, but they keep sliding off way too easily. I’ve tried adjusting them, but they just won’t stay in place the way I expected. It’s frustrating because I was hoping they’d make things easier, not more annoying.

I did get my order, so no big issue there, but the status updates were kinda slow and not super clear lol. Would’ve been nice to know what was going on a bit sooner.

My prescription came out just right, honestly. I can see clear and everything feels good so far, no complaints.

The site was easy to get around, and the filters actually helped a lot. I was going to say everything was super quick, but finding the size info took me a minute. Checkout was smooth enough though, so overall it was a decent experience.
